How Emergency Response WorksJessica Hope2017-08-14T21:14:15+00:00
Spills, releases, or other environmental incidents that require emergency response services are stressful. Spill Response Experts aims to provide its customers with the most straightforward and uncomplicated experience possible. We quickly and efficiently handle incidents of all shapes and sizes.
In the event of a spill or other environmental emergency, the customer calls in to our Emergency Response Call Center
One of our Emergency Response Call Center representatives records all pertinent information and immediately forwards it to a Regional Sales Director
Upon receipt of this information, the Regional Sales Director contacts the customer to provide an estimate and—with the customer’s approval—quickly dispatch a team
Once the response team arrives on-site, they contain any active situations and mitigate damage wherever possible
When the work is completed, the customer is provided with a comprehensive after-action report
The Regional Sales Director begins to assess any “second-phase” that might be necessary (waste disposal, remediation), continuing to communicate project scope to the customer
If the customer agrees with the Regional Sales Director’s assessments and recommendations, second-phase work commences
North American coverage
Flat pricing, no matter where you are
Communication, Every Step of the Way
We never make decisions without fully communicating the details (and costs) to the customer. Our Regional Sales Directors and on-site teams keep you involved in the decision-making throughout the entire process.
Emergency Prices Are Limited to Emergency Work
Many companies continue to operate and provide work at emergency pricing long after the emergency response teams have been dispatched and the incident has been contained. If second-phase work is required, we no longer apply emergency pricing to these services.
24-Hour Rapid Response
Emergencies are unpredictable. When the unexpected occurs, we will be ready to respond 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We are able to dispatch anywhere in the United States and Canada.
